The City of Spokane’s Office of Neighborhood Services would like to send one neighborhood person to the Neighborhoods, U.S.A. Conference in Eugene, OR, May 21st-24th, 2014.
The NUSA conference is an opportunity for diverse people and organization to share their ideas, values and experiences to build stronger communities.
This opportunity is for free conference registration and travel to and from Eugene, OR. In order to qualify you must fill out the application and will be required to take what you learned and bring it back to the Community Assembly and your Neighborhood Council. This is a competition through essay and only one person will be selected by the Community Assembly at their April meeting.
Attached is the application that needs to be returned to Office of Neighborhood Service’s jcaro@spokanecity.org or mailed to 808 W. Spokane Falls Blvd., Spokane, WA 99201.
